Στο καθιστικό υπάρχει σκάλα που οδηγεί στον πάνω όροφο όπου υπάρχει ένα ευρύχωρο υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο με ντους Επίσης από το καθιστικό με σκάλα κατεβαίνεις στον κάτω όροφο όπου υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι με δικό του μπάνιο(en-suite) με ντους. Στον όροφο αυτό υπάρχει και ένα επιπλέον μεγάλο μπάνιο με μπανιέρα και το πλυντήριο ρούχων καθώς επίσης και ένα δωμάτιο ντουλάπα.

TROCHALO VILLAS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING: Bookings will be confirmed by e-mail and will indicate a booking reference. The booking reference will only be issued by us upon receipt of a deposit payment, details of which will be advised to you at the time of your booking request. Your booking therefore is not considered to be a definite booking until such time as the booking reference has been issued.PAYMENT: At the time of your booking request, you will be advised of the ‘total cost’ of your stay at Trochalo. This ‘total cost’ represents the cost of the villa only but includes a) the use of a private swimming pool, b) air-conditioning, and c) villa cleaning and linen change as specified in the ‘Villa Cleaning’ heading. ALL OTHER COSTS relating to flight costs, airport transfers, car-hire, and basic food and hygiene requirements are at your expense. After deduction of the agreed deposit, the balance of the total cost must be paid no later than 6 weeks before your stay commences. For bookings made within 6 weeks of the start date the full total cost will be payable immediately. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail and are valid only when we send an e-mail back to you confirming receipt of the request. VILLA OCCUPANCY: The number of persons staying in the villa is restricted to the number agreed in the booking confirmation e-mail. If you have booked a villa with facilities for more than that number, this does not permit you to allow additional persons to either stay at the villa, or to use the facilities provided in any way without prior agreement. PETS: Under no circumstances are pets allowed either inside the villa or in the surrounding outside areas. Should you arrive with a pet, you will not be permitted entry to the villa. This condition applies no matter what the type or size of pet you may have. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES: Your holiday cost is calculated on the number of nights that you occupy the villa, not the number of days spent there. In this regard, villas will be available from 14.00hrs on the first day of your booking, and you must depart by 10.00hrs on the final day of your stay. Changes to these times MAY be possible, but will only be available upon our confirmation by e-mail, or by verbal agreement with our agents who manage the villas. The villas do not have a reception area, nor are they staffed 24 hours a day. Therefore, all arrival times must be agreed beforehand to ensure our staff are available to meet you. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL: We will not be held responsible for any such circumstances, which include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, epidemic, natural or nuclear disaster, terrorist activity, civil unrest, bad weather and building work outside of our actual premises. CONDUCT, INJURY AND DAMAGE: You are expected to behave properly throughout your stay at the villas, and in particular you must not do, or permit to be done, anything which might lead to any damage to the property or its contents or cause injury to any person. You must treat the accommodation and its contents with due respect and care, in a proper manner, and not allow the accommodation to become unreasonably soiled. No items, fixtures or fittings are to be removed from the villas, nor should they be left outside at any time. You should be aware that there are many areas where extra care should be taken, for example, but not restricted to, tiled floors, small steps, uneven surfaces which are unfamiliar to you. We do not accept any responsibility for any injuries caused, you must accept responsibility for taking due care for yourselves and your children. BREAKAGES: You will be responsible for the cost of repairing and/or replacing any lost, broken or damaged items, including the cost of replacement locks and/or keys. You will be expected to advise us of any breakages to any item as soon as this occurs, in order that we may ensure that where possible these items are replaced for the next occupant to enjoy. You will be expecting everything to be in working order with sufficient crockery available on your arrival, so, please respect this requirement for the guests following your stay. GENERAL USE OF VILLAS: Within each villa will be a booklet advising you on the correct use of the facilities provided. You are requested to read this booklet upon arrival at the villa, and to adhere to the instructions therein. These instructions will relate to the use of the equipment within the villa and to any additional facilities that may be offered. Please note, that in line with the majority of properties in Greece, toilet paper and other such items are not to be put down the toilet, but are to be placed in the toilet bins provided. In addition to these instructions there are, on an outside wall of each villa, terms and conditions relating to the safe use of the swimming pools. You are required to read and to adhere to these terms and conditions also. VILLA CLEANING: On arrival, your villa will be clean and equipped with clean linen and towels for the number of guests and bedroom use agreed in your booking. Subsequent to this, the villa will be subject to light cleaning, which includes the emptying of toilet and kitchen bins, together with change of towels twice during each week of stay, with bed linen being changed once within a week of stay. For avoidance of doubt, this would mean that for a one week stay, arrival on day 1, cleaning on day three with towels only changed, and cleaning on day five with bed linen and towel change. Precise cleaning days will be advised on arrival. Please note that this is not a maid service and does not include washing pots, making beds and other such duties. Villas should be kept in the clean manner in which you found it, and left in the same way. MINIMUM STAY: Minimum stay for advance bookings will be one week. Shorter stays may become available during the season where gaps are available between longer stays, but these may be subject to additional costs and may not include any mid-stay cleaning. Once you are in your accommodation, it may be possible to extend your stay should you wish to do so, but this may mean a change of villa. In these circumstances you may still be subject to the arrival and departure times as specified earlier. Additional fees for extra days stay would be payable immediately the request is granted. Dependent upon the length of extension of stay, additional cleaning may or may not be provided, please check upon requesting the extension. SPECIAL REQUESTS: Any special requests must be made at the time of booking when we will indicate whether or not these are possible and whether or not they will be guaranteed to be available. This may include, but is not limited to, requests for sofa beds to be made up, cots and/or high chairs to be available. We will advise at the time, and confirm by e-mail, whether these requests are possible, together with the additional costs for such. DATA PROTECTION: Your personal details will only be made available to the relevant authorities such as customs, tax regulators, or immigration if required by them. These details will not be made available to any other persons for marketing or any other such purpose. You may be contacted directly by ourselves with any future changes to our facilities. Should you not want this, please inform us at the time of booking. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: Your booking contract and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece. According to health protocols for COVID-19, the entry of of non-residents is prohibited.
